CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Bandung to lead a team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure work orders are completed on time and to standard.

You will oversee maintenance planning, vendor selection, and cost tracking, driving efficiency while upholding CBRE\'s RISE values and service excellence for the client portfolio. Experience supervising 5+ years is required; strong MS Office skills and the ability to explain complex concepts are essential

Formación

• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational and mathematical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the team\'s daily activities, schedules, and task assignments.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance updates to management.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Conduct market research and cost comparisons when evaluating vendors.
• Track facility expenses and budget.
• Resolve complex problems and identify effective approaches to meet team objectives.
• Lead by example and reinforce CBRE RISE values in daily practice.
• Ensure customer objectives are met through team outcomes.
