Job summary

Kopi Kenangan is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Project Facilities Admin Intern to support our Project & Facilities team across Indonesia. You will handle end-to-end administration, vendor coordination, and tracking for store operations and development.

If you're a proactive multi-tasker who loves structure and wants hands-on exposure to multi-site retail management, this internship offers practical experience in documentation, meetings, and reporting for 1,200+ stores in Indonesia

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate seeking experience in Project Administration, Facilities, Operations, or General Administration.
• Prior internship or work experience in administration or project coordination is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office with data handling and reporting capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Administration across Indonesian stores, including letters and vendor docs.
• Vendor & Utility coordination with contractors and PLN/PDAM; manage quotes and tracking.
• Organize and summarize weekly operations meetings with clear MoM notes.
• Maintain daily/weekly tracking logs: Pipeline, Quotes, NSO, MMSV trackers.
• Consolidate timelines and progress into PowerPoint presentations and PDF reports.
• Provide administrative support for nationwide store network across Indonesia.
