PT INDONESIA Punya Kopi is seeking a diligent finance and accounting professional to coordinate day-to-day activities across the business. You will monitor daily transactions, prepare reports, and assist with month-end closing in a fast-paced F&B environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of experience in finance/accounting, with strong Excel/Sheets skills and experience in reconciliation, AP/AR, and cash management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet businesses.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in reconciliation, financial reporting, AP/AR, and cash management.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the team.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day finance and accounting activities across the business.
• Monitor daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, payments, and cash movements.
• Prepare and review periodic financial reports and operational finance reports.
• Perform bank, cash, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor AP and AR activities.
• Support cash flow monitoring and financial planning.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and provide data for management reporting.
• Support internal and external audit processes when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters.
