Job summary

BINUS Group seeks a Building Facilities Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and safety of our Jakarta buildings. You will supervise daily activities, security, housekeeping, and vendor coordination to maintain high facility standards.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and knowledge of MEP systems, safety regulations, and emergency planning. You will support tenant relations and optimize space utilization for events.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Experience in supervisory role or 6 years in building/facility management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Experience in managing vendors (security, housekeeping, maintenance services).
• Good understanding of safety regulations, emergency response, and building compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations, maintenance, and safety of building facilities.
• Manage daily building activities including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure facility performance through regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and inventory management.
• Handle tenant relations and support events and space utilization.
