Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a facilities manager to coordinate daily operations across building services, security, and tenant relations. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations within a multi-tenant environment in Jakarta.

The role requires a relevant engineering or facilities background, at least two years of experience in property management, and hands-on knowledge of MEP systems and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building/facility/property management.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, MEP systems, budgeting, and tenant management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily building operations to ensure facilities, services, and common areas are maintained safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and oversee service quality from vendors and contractors.
• Oversee operational budgets, service contracts, rent collection processes, and tenant relations.
• Coordinate and administer permits and licenses to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise outsourced personnel and maintain high performance standards.
• Maintain records related to building operations, permits, contracts, tenants, and manpower.
