Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience and are proficient in English, ready to work on-site in Cikarang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any Engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management or related areas.
• Knowledge of building construction and renovation projects.
• Ability to identify facility issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Experience with contractor and vendor management, including supervision and cost estimation.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to work on-site in Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor condition, functionality, and maintenance of company buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate facility needs across departments, including repairs, renovations, workspace improvements, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, schedules, cost estimates, and budgets.
• Supervise contractors and vendors, monitoring quality, progress, timelines, and costs.
• Conduct routine inspections, ensuring safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor facility maintenance budgets.
