Job summary

Pt Garuda Yamato Steel is seeking a Project Manager to optimize its supply chain operations in Tangerang. You will lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance of the supply chain network by analyzing processes and implementing strategic solutions.

You will collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration, manage project plans, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvements in a complex supply chain

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of project management experience in supply chain or logistics.
Proven experience optimizing supply chain, inventory, or logistics processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

Lead projects to improve supply chain efficiency, including inventory, logistics, and warehousing.
Analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks and cost/ performance improvements.
Develop and implement project plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for successful execution.
Monitor KPIs to track success and identify further optimization opportunities.
Manage project risks and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
