Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in factory construction supervision or related.
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical, civil, and facility systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or STAAD Pro.
• Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management (TQM) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
• Supervise facility staff and external contractors.
• Manage activities such as parking, waste disposal, security.
• Allocate office space according to operational needs.
• Plan and manage maintenance and installation activities.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain financial and non-financial records.
• Perform analysis and forecasting.
