Job summary

PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance across facilities and safety systems. You will troubleshoot electrical issues in offices and production areas, and oversee external contractors for major repairs and compliance inspections.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with strong analytical skills, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university.
• Having an experience in a Building & Facility Maintenance min. 1 year will be an advantage.
• Freshgraduate with Building Maintenance knowledge are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and logic thinking; good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise building maintenance work, buildings, safety equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in office buildings, production areas, and common facilities.
• Coordinate with external contractors or vendors for major building repairs, projects, and compliance inspections.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of partner vendors related to GA
