Job summary

Ayana Hospitality Group is seeking a proactive Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for properties in Depok, West Java. The role leads a team of technicians and janitorial staff, coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of facility operations, and a focus on safety and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians and janitorial staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and respond to repair requests promptly.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and outsourced maintenance services.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.
• Manage the maintenance budget and supplies.
