Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a Building Maintenance & Improvement professional to support ITC Mangga Dua Central Jakarta. You will assist planning, maintenance, and supervision of electrical and electronic facilities, and contribute to project design, budgeting, and implementation across multi-story properties.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years in building maintenance, and strong knowledge of MEP systems. Proficiency in Office; AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance/property management.
• Experienced in multi-story building operations.
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and MEP building systems.
• Experienced in maintenance planning, budgeting, cost estimation, and project supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, maintenance, improvement and supervision of ITC facilities and infrastructure, especially electrical/electronic fields.
• Handle design, specifications, costs, and supervision of field work implementation.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly work plans and submit maintenance budgets.
• Handle external and internal customer complaints regarding the building's electrical/electronic facilities.
