Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an F&B Trainer to develop, implement, and monitor training programs for the Food & Beverage Department. You will ensure consistent service standards, strong product knowledge, and guest satisfaction by coaching staff and driving quality initiatives across the hotel.

The role focuses on training delivery, records management, and continuous improvement to uphold luxury brand standards and support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Indonesian nationality is required.
• A degree in Hospitality or Business Management is preferred.
• Experience with a recognized international luxury hotel brand is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills are essential.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training plans for the Food & Beverage department.
• Conduct onboarding and ongoing skills training for new and existing staff.
• Deliver training on service standards, product knowledge, upselling, guest engagement, and procedures.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records of attendance and progress.
• Identify training needs through audits, observations, and guest feedback.
• Provide coaching to close performance gaps and drive service excellence.
