Job summary

Hotel Pulang Ke Uttara in Sleman, Yogyakarta, is seeking a passionate and service-oriented F&B Supervisor to lead our restaurant, café, breakfast service, and in-room dining operations, ensuring guest experiences meet our high standards.

You will supervise daily operations, motivate and develop the F&B team, monitor food quality and sanitation, coordinate with the kitchen, manage staff schedules, control stock, and drive sales and profitability through consistent, genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, boutique hotel.
• Diploma (D3) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food & Beverage, or related field.
• Experienced in using and operating the VHP system.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, café, breakfast service, and in-room dining to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the F&B team while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering attentive service and resolving guest concerns.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen team for seamless communication and efficiency.
• Prepare staff schedules and oversee manpower allocation based on business needs.
• Conduct daily briefings, coaching, and on-the-job training to improve performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize wastage, and ensure stock control of F&B items.
