Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Proven track record in F&B sales and business development, with specific market expertise in the Surabaya area.
• Exceptional English proficiency (written and spoken) with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
• Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and networking capabilities.
• Structured, self-motivated, target-driven, and highly engaging personality.
• Professional experience or deep knowledge of the coffee/F&B industry is a bonus
