Job summary

Sate Khas Senayan is seeking a production supervisor to oversee daily production targets and work in process at our West Jakarta facility. You will manage all production stages, coordinate material requirements, and partner with PPIC to schedule production.

You’ll also plan crew rosters and deliver routine performance reports. The ideal candidate has a 3+ year background in production, strong analytical skills, and solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Food tech/production/engineering).
• 3+ years in production process, preferably in F&B/Retail or FMCG.
• Knowledge of production flow processes and schedules.
• Capable of leading a team of 10+ people.
• Fast adaptation and practical problem solving.
• Strong sensory/organoleptic evaluation skills.
• Know-how of food production machines is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production management, HACCP, and food safety.
• Strong analytical, detail oriented, and follow-up.
• Relevant certifications in food safety or production.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production targets and track work in process.
• Oversee all production processes and ensure outcomes.
• Control and analyze material stock and requirements for production.
• Coordinate with other departments for material needs.
• Coordinate with PPIC to prepare plans and production schedules.
• Prepare crew schedules and run daily briefings.
• Produce weekly and monthly production reports.
