Job summary

Nouree Wellness Cafe, a health-focused F&B brand under Wellnesia, is seeking a Procurement Staff to manage centralized purchasing for multiple outlets from the head office in Central Jakarta. You will handle PRs, create POs, and coordinate with warehouse, finance, and operations to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP and Excel. Placement is Central Jakarta with occasional site visits to outlets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in F&B or restaurant chains.

Responsibilities

• Execute centralized procurement processes for all outlets within the restaurant group.
• Review and process Purchase Requests from outlets, warehouse, and related departments.
• Source, select, and evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and lead time standards.
• Conduct price negotiations, payment terms discussions, and contract coordination with suppliers.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders in accordance with approved PRs and budgets.
• Monitor order fulfillment and delivery schedules, ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality, and timing.
• Coordinate with warehouse, central kitchen, finance, operations, and outlet teams.
• Maintain and update vendor databases, price lists, and item master data in ERP.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstock.
