Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC is seeking a Management-level professional to oversee restaurant operations, bars, and room service as applicable at our Jakarta property. You will supervise daily activities, contribute to menu planning, maintain sanitation standards, and support servers and hosts during peak periods to maximize guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 4 years experience in the food & beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• A 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; plus 2 years experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily restaurant operations; assists with menu planning and sanitation standards.
• Leads and mentors the Food & Beverage team; ensures compliance with policies, standards and liquor laws.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and lifts guest satisfaction and retention.
• Oversees HR activities: training, performance, recognition and staff development.
• Manages day-to-day operations during peak periods and high-demand times.
