Job summary

PT. Damai Indah Golf, Tbk is seeking a seasoned F&B leader for the BSD Course in Tangerang Selatan to oversee all F&B operations, team performance, and cost control, ensuring maximum department profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years in F&B within hospitality settings such as hotels, resorts, or golf courses, with strong leadership and budgetary skills and fluency in English for international guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage.
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a hotel, resort, or golf course.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage Service, Kitchen, and Bar.
• Fluent in communicating with both local and international guests.
• Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and Profit & Loss analysis.
• Able to create attractive F&B menus, events, and promotions.
• Good English communication skills.
