Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years in F&B/culinary/event management.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 4 years in F&B/culinary/event management.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&B/Culinary operations across Restaurants/Bars, Room Service, and Banquets as applicable.
• Develop and implement department strategies aligned with brand service strategy.
• Monitor budgets, revenues and financial performance; ensure cost controls and profitability.
