Job summary

Bobobox is seeking a Captain (Bar, Restaurant, Banquet) to lead service operations across the bar, restaurant, and banquet areas, ensuring exceptional dining experiences at Bobobox FnB. You will supervise staff, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and the ability to manage multiple service areas with composure in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, hotel & restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate service operations across bar, restaurant and banquet areas to ensure a smooth and exceptional dining experience.
• Supervise servers, runners and bar staff, and ensure grooming standards and menu knowledge.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints professionally and with a solution-oriented mindset.
