Job summary

Bobobox is seeking a Service Runner to support its FnB front-of-house team. You will ensure timely delivery of dishes from kitchen or bar to tables, maintaining temperature and presentation while upholding premium service standards.

Ideal candidates possess at least a high school diploma, prior hospitality experience, and strong multitasking abilities. Bahasa Indonesia fluency is essential; English is a plus. Flexible shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or F&B training is an advantage.
• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred, esp. high-end or fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food service procedures and hygiene standards.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent coordination and time-management skills for smooth service flow.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is an advantage for guest interaction.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail, especially in handling plated dishes.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays or multiple dishes.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Adherence to personal grooming and uniform standards as per Bobobox FnB standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food and beverages swiftly from kitchen/bar to the assigned table, preserving temperature and presentation.
• Verifies order accuracy before serving to prevent errors.
• Clears, cleans, and resets tables quickly to maintain smooth turnover and cleanliness.
• Assists servers and front-of-house staff during peak periods to maintain service flow.
• Communicates with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate delivery and quick issue resolution.
• Supports a refined dining experience by being attentive, proactive, and responsive to guest and team needs.
