Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, F&B attendant or in a similar hospitality service rol
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
• Excellent customer service orientation and a genuine desire to create positive guest experiences
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays and move efficiently during service
• Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reliability and punctuality, particularly important for daily contract work
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards and protocols
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
