Job summary

PT. LYD Management Bali is seeking a F&B Attendant Daily Worker to join Bokashi Pererenan in North Kuta, Bali. This contract position offers flexible, daily work with a hospitality team.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and handling cash when required. You should have previous hospitality experience and a customer‑focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in waiter or similar hospitality role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and seating them at appropriate tables in a warm and welcoming manner
• Taking food and beverage orders from guests and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serving meals and drinks to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Clearing tables promptly and ensuring dining areas remain clean and tidy throughout service
• Resetting tables with appropriate cutlery, glassware and table settings between guests
• Responding to guest requests and enquiries in a courteous and helpful manner
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients and specials to assist guests with recommendations
• Following food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Supporting the F&B team during peak service periods and special events
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately when required
