Job summary

PT Perfect Companion Group is seeking an External Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor for our new plant in Modern Cikande, Serang, West Java. You will supervise inbound raw material activities at the external warehouse, ensuring quality, storage conditions, and timely delivery to production.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Production, QA, Procurement, maintaining stock accuracy, preparing performance reports, and enforcing HACCP and GMP in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor degree in related field.
• At least 3 years experience as RM Warehouse Supervisor in food manufacturing.
• HACCP and GMP knowledge required.
• Proficiency in WMS systems IDC, Smartsoft or SAP.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure re-bagging and other warehouse processes are efficient and compliant.
• Monitor timely delivery of raw materials to production.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Procurement for smooth operations.
• Maintain quality, quantity, and storage conditions of raw materials.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse performance reports.
• Conduct stock takes and inventory accuracy checks.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping and organization.

Raw Material External Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise and control all inbound raw material activities in the external warehouse according to company SOPs.

Ensure re-bagging and other production-related warehouse processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with established procedures.

Monitor and ensure timely delivery of raw materials requested by the factory or production department.

Coordinate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and other related departments to support smooth operational activities.

Maintain the quality, quantity, and proper storage conditions of all raw materials.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.

Analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve warehouse performance and efficiency.

Monitor warehouse housekeeping standards, cleanliness, and storage organization.

Conduct regular stock takes and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor degree in related field.

At least have 3 years experience as a RM Warehouse Supervisor in food manufacturing industry.

Have ability to manage the whole raw material warehouse operation, HACCP, and GMP.

Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like IDC, Smartsoft, or SAP.

Have a good knowledge in WMS (ABC Analysis, SQL Databased, FIFO, FEFO, LIFO) and procedures.

Confident and fluently to communicate with English.

Wiling to working shift.

Willing to be placed in Modern Cikande, Kab. Serang.
