Job summary

PT Perfect Companion Group is seeking an Automatic Packing Operator (Mesin Packing Otomatis) to join our growing team in Serang, West Java. You will operate automated vertical packing machines, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance to ensure safety and output quality.

You will work with the production team to achieve efficient packing operations, keep detailed records, and follow health, safety and environmental regulations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor the automated vertical packing machines to package our products.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance on the packing equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties with the packer and worker as required by the Master Sanitation Schedule with particular attention to lockout/tag out and confined space entry when required.
• Monitor packing quality and make adjustments as needed to meet our standards.
• Have knowledge of 5S, GMP, and Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the production team to ensure a seamless and efficient packing operation.
• Maintain detailed records of packing activities and output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any packing issues that arise during the production process.
• Manage the packer and worker effectively during packing activity – have the mindset to see gaps and take immediate action during packing activity.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Have a minimum education on High School or Vocational High School; a D3/S1 degree in related Engineering field.

Able to communicate with English, both spoken and written.

Minimum 1 year experience as an automatic packing operator (Fresh Graduate is welcome) in a snack or any food manufacturing production line.

Have experience to operated semi-automatic vertical packing machines, HMI parameter setting and basic troubleshooting.

Experience in in-process sampling (net weight, seal checks, CCP operation).

Have the knowledge or certification of 5S, GMP, and Kaizen.

Solid basic math and reading skills for accurate record-keeping.
