Job summary

PT Pratama Abadi Industri is seeking an Organizational Development/Export Operations specialist to manage end-to-end export processes, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and collaborate with freight forwarders and government authorities for timely delivery of global orders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years in export operations within footwear manufacturing, with strong data analytics and English language skills, based in Serpong,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export operations within the footwear manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of export procedures, international shipping documentation, and customs regulations.
• Strong data management and data analytics skills with the ability to analyze and interpret export-related data.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Responsible, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Willing to be placed in Serpong, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations, including export documentation preparation and compliance with international trade regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government authorities to ensure efficient shipment execution and on-time delivery of international orders.
• Maintain accurate export data, monitor shipment performance, resolve operational issues proactively, and support export administration processes including billing, account receivable, and account payable activities.
