Job summary

PT Pratama Abadi Industri is seeking a footwear development specialist to lead the process from concept to finished shoes. You will work closely with our HQ to ensure designs meet specifications and samples pass quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in footwear manufacturing, and strong English communication skills. Based in Serpong, South Tangerang with on-site work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop shoes from concept to finished product.
