PT Pratama Abadi Industri is seeking an experienced Factory/Production Planner to develop and manage production plans aligned with customer orders, forecasts, and capacity. You will monitor schedules, material readiness, and delivery commitments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of planning experience (preferably in footwear manufacturing), strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in factory/production/demand planning or supply chain planning, preferably in footwear manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and MRP.
• Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting and data management.
• Familiar with ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Health, safety and work environment awareness.
• Willing to be placed at Serpong, South Tangerang.

Description du poste

• Develop and manage factory demand and production plans based on buyer orders, demand forecasts, production capacity, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor production schedules, factory capacity, and material readiness to ensure alignment with production targets and delivery commitments.
• Analyze planning performance, identify potential production constraints, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective factory operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Factory Planning, Production Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain Planning, preferably in footwear manufacturing.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, capacity planning, and material requirements planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly data analysis, reporting, and data management.
• Familiar with ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority.
• Willing to be placed at Serpong, South Tangerang.
