Job summary

PT Pratama Abadi Industri seeks a Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will manage financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, 6–10 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in accounting, tax reporting, and financial modeling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 6–10 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting in a similar role.
Experience with bookkeeping and financial reports.
Tax reporting experience; Brevet A & B preferred.
Experience with budgetary responsibilities in manufacturing projects/resources.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
CA certification is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.

Job description

This position will oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. You will also be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial recommendations to the leadership team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Finance/Accounting Manager or similar role, with minimum 6-10 years of working experience in Finance or Accounting
Expertise with bookkeeping and financial reports
Experience with tax (include reporting), having brevet A & B is preferred
Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources in manufacturing industry
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software, etc.)
Certified Chartered Accountant is a plus
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority
Willing to be placed at Serpong, South Tangerang
