Job summary

PT Cosmax Indonesia, established in 2011 as a cosme­tics R&D and contract manufacturer, seeks an HRD Part Leader to grow and supervise the HR development team at Ciracas, East Jakarta. You will oversee recruitment, training, and employee experience, driving KPI-driven performance and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities include coaching, stakeholder management, and implementing engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience in recruitment, training, employee experience, or related functions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordinator role.
• Familiar with HRIS, LMS platforms, and employee engagement survey tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong coaching, people development, and program facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, delegation, and team empowerment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader in monitoring daily operations, progress, and performance of HR Development part members.
• Set priorities, establish KPIs, review work outputs, and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to develop part members’ capabilities and performance.
• Resolve daily operational issues and escalates concerns to the Team Leader when necessary.
• Monitor HR data and KPIs, and translate insights into improvement actions.
• Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, and share relevant knowledge with team members.
• Plan and implement employee engagement, onboarding experience, recognition, and culture initiatives.

Job description

As HRD Part Leader you will growing team and supervise the day-to-day operations of the HR team to ensure a high level of productivity.You will be involved in the recruitment process, benefits administration, training, conflict resolution, and other operational tasks as needed.

You will also assist with ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, evaluate our current HR policies and procedures, and suggest improvements to the HR Team Leader and the work location in Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of HR experience in recruitment, training, employee experience, or related functions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordinator role.
