Job summary

PT Widehero Toy Indonesia is seeking an Export Merchandiser to manage international orders from sample development through shipment and payment. The role involves coordinating with Production, QC, Warehouse, and Export/Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to customer requirements.

You will handle sample development, approvals, and provide timely updates to customers, ensuring CAD/PDS/die-cut alignment with PI/PO and accurate packaging details.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: D3 or S1; open to various majors.
• Experience: 2–3 years as Merchandiser, Export Merchandiser, Overseas Merchandiser, Production Merchandiser, or similar in manufacturing.
• Experience with toy/plush manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience dealing with international buyers/customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage order process from sample confirmation through shipment and payment.
• Communicate with international buyers via email and other channels.
• Oversee sample development, revisions, approvals, and updates for customers.
• Ensure CAD/PI/PO alignment including model, product name, size, color, and packaging.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, and Export/Logistics to keep orders on schedule.
• Monitor production to meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Assist in Initial, During, and Final Inspections and resolve issues.
• Verify packaging details, carton marks/size/weights and packing methods.
• Ensure GTIN-14/UPC barcodes are printed correctly and scannable.
• Coordinate shipment booking, customs clearance, and export documents.

Job description

Export Merchandiser responsible for managing and monitoring international customer orders from sample development and confirmation through production, quality inspection, shipment, and payment processes.

Key responsibilities

Manage order process from sample confirmation, PO, production, QC/inspection through shipment and payment

Communicate and follow up with international buyers/customers via email and other communication channels

Handle sample development processes, sample revisions, approvals, and provide customer updates

Ensure CAD/PDS/die-cut alignment with PI/PO, including model, product name, size, color, and packaging

Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, and Export/Logistics teams to ensure orders proceed on schedule

Monitor production processes and ensure quality and quantity meet customer requirements

Participate in Initial, During, and Final Inspection processes and assist in resolving production/quality issues

Verify packaging details, carton marks, carton size, gross/net weight, and packing methods

Ensure GTIN-14/UPC barcodes are printed correctly and scannable

Coordinate shipment, booking, customs clearance, and export documentation completeness

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education, open to various relevant majors

Minimum 2–3 years experience as Merchandiser, Export Merchandiser, Overseas Merchandiser, Production Merchandiser, or similar position in manufacturing companies

Experience in toy/plush manufacturing is an advantage

Experience handling international buyers/customers

English, Chinese and Korean communication skills, particularly for email and customer communication

Strong coordination and follow-up capabilities

Attention to detail in document, product specification, packaging, and order detail verification

Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Willing to be placed in KEK Batang, Central Java
