• Strong knowledge of international markets, export procedures and logistics.
• Excellent relationship management skills with overseas distributors and clients.
• Fluent English (Mandarin, Japanese or other Asian languages are advantageous).

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Export professional to join our team in Surabaya, East Java, on a full-time basis. This is a strategic role within our Trade Marketing division, responsible for developing and executing export marketing initiatives that drive business growth in international markets.

• Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal; additional language proficiency (Mandarin, Japanese or other Asian languages) is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and marketing software; experience with CRM systems is desirable
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones
• Self-motivated, organised and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of the products or industries we operate in would be beneficial but is not essential
