Job summary

Rhenus Logistics is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage end-to-end export shipments in Surabaya. You will review customer instructions, ensure accuracy of shipping docs, and coordinate with shipping lines, trucking, and warehouses.

You will monitor cut-offs, update customers, and handle billing and vendor invoices. Strong communication, accuracy, and time management are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics & Transport Management is required.
• Strong reading/writing/speaking skills in English and Bahasa.
• Minimum years experience in export freight forwarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate export shipments from customers and internal teams.
• Verify shipment details incl. POL/POD, vessel, ETD/ETA, and weights.
• Prepare and review shipping documents and SI/BL as required.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely shipments.
• Monitor shipment status and communicate updates or delays.
• Handle billing calculations and ensure invoices align with quotes.
• Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and vendor invoicing.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in ERP/TMS system.
• Close job files and highlight issues to supervisors.
