Job summary

Pou Chen Group Indonesia is seeking a Customs & Logistics Coordinator in Pekalongan, Central Java. You will manage customs declarations for local and sub-contract Bonded Zone activities, monitor cargo delivery declarations, and coordinate with supervisors, factory staff, and customs officers.

A Diploma in International Trade or related field is required; proficiency with MS Office, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in international trade or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic computer skills.
• Focused and detail-oriented.
• English language knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with IT Inventory systems such as CEISA 4.0 and SAP.
• Familiar with customs documents (BC) such as BC 2.6.1, 2.6.2, 2.7, 4.0, 4.1.
• Working placement in Pekalongan, Central Java.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customs declaration process for local or sub-contract of Bonded Zone for manufacture company.
• Check and ensure all cargo delivery declaration processes run smoothly.
• Communicate with supervisors, factory staff, customs officers, and etc.
• Provide, review, compare and analyze data for internal or external needs such as Customs/ or Tax audit.
