PT Pyridam Farma Tbk in Jakarta is seeking an Export & Import Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end trade activities, including planning, HS code verification, licensing, and cost calculation.

You will coordinate with Customs, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure compliant documentation (PIB/PEB, COO, MSDS) and timely, cost-efficient shipments by sea and air, with on-site work as required. 3–4 years of relevant experience in pharma/FMCG and fluent English are required.

• Bachelor's degree in any major with 3–4 years of experience in Export & Import operations.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries preferred.
• Fluent in English, strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Description du poste

Manage end-to-end export and import operations, including planning, HS Code verification, regulatory compliance, licensing, cost calculation, and coordination with relevant departments.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of export-import documentation and permits, including Invoice, Packing List, COO, COA, MSDS, SKI, Surveyor Reports, PIB, PEB, and other customs-related documents.

Manage customs clearance and shipment processes via sea and air freight, including coordination with Customs, PPJK, EMKL, and Freight Forwarders, while ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Monitor shipments until goods are received by customers, ensure proper handling of temperature-controlled products, and prepare export-import realization reports and maintain documentation for audit purposes.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in any major, with 3–4 years of experience in Export & Import operations. Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries is preferred, while candidates from other industries are also welcome.

Strong understanding of export-import regulations, customs procedures, HS Codes, import duties, taxes, and relevant regulations issued by the Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Industry, Customs and Excise, BPOM, and the Ministry of Health.

Experienced in handling export-import documentation and licensing, including PIB, PEB, SKI, Surveyor Reports, COO, Invoice, Packing List, COA, MSDS, Bill of Lading, and Air Waybill. Familiarity with CEISA 4.0 and coordination with Freight Forwarders, PPJK, and EMKL is preferred.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills. Willing to travel or work on-site as required and able to manage export-import activities independently, efficiently, and within deadlines.
