Job summary

PT Miura Indonesia is seeking an Export-Import Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipping documentation and coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and on-time deliveries across Indonesia operations.

The candidate will prepare documents, review compliance, and maintain records, while collaborating with internal teams to meet delivery schedules and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Export/Import or Logistics.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Good understanding of export-import documentation, customs regulations, Incoterms, and shipping procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export and import documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping companies, suppliers, customers, and authorities to ensure efficient operations.
• Review export-import documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate customs clearance processes and resolve documentation issues promptly.
• Work with internal departments to support on-time shipment and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate export and import records.
• Prepare periodic reports on export and import activities.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, international trade requirements, and company procedures.
