Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage export and import documentation, coordinate with forwarders, and monitor shipment status in Indonesia.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations, handle shipment issues, and maintain reports and documents; fresh graduates are welcome, with at least 1 year of related experience preferred.

Strong communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office are expected; Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Export-Import/Logistics; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiar with PEB, PIB, BL/AWB, Invoice, Packing List, and COO.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good English; Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle export & import documentation and shipment processes.
• Coordinate with forwarders, shipping lines, PPJK, suppliers, and customers.
• Monitor customs clearance and shipment status.
• Ensure compliance with export-import regulations.
• Handle shipment issues and maintain related reports/documents.
