ParagonCorp is seeking an Export-Import Specialist in Jakarta to manage end-to-end cross-border operations with a focus on timely, compliant shipments. You will oversee documentation, HS codes, COO, and licenses to ensure regulatory alignment and smooth cargo flows.

You will collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Legal to maintain permits and engage with customs authorities and vendors, supporting efficient export-import processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of HS codes, COO requirements, and import/export permits.

• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Legal teams to manage import license letters and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with government ministries, customs authorities, and external vendors to support efficient export-import operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, export-import regulations, and relevant permits and documentation.
• Proficiency in HS Code classification and Certificate of Origin (COO) requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with government authorities, customs officials, and external vendors.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
