Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an Experienced HR Analyst Site for a mining operation in NTB. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, HR data management, and policy guidance, all on-site at the NTB location.

The incumbent will support performance reviews, training requests, and regulatory reporting, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliant HR processes.

Qualifications

• Responsible for recruitment processes including screening and shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, participating in interviews, and preparing remuneration proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site onboarding: induction, arranging working tools, badge issuance, handover to relevant department.
• Maintain and update personnel data in local and global HRIS.
• Support annual performance review processes and committees.
• Provide HR policy guidance to employees and answer queries.
• Assist in training requests and generate periodic reports on training activities.
• Coordinate with local and national HR contractors for outsource staff monitoring and MCU results.

Experienced HR Analyst Site - Mining - NTB - WFO (ID: 706501)

Responsible for the company recruitment process, not limited to liaising with user on their recruitment request, screening and shortlisting candidates, arrange interview, participate in the interview, prepare the remuneration proposal and in charge of the offering to candidates.

Responsible for overseeing the onboarding process on site, which includes preparing induction, arranging working tools, coordinating badge issuance, and facilitating handover to relevant department.

Responsible for maintaining and updating personnel data in company’s local and global HR Information system.

Provide support in the execution of annual performance review process and committee.

Provide advice to employees on company HR policies and procedures.

Provide support in employees' training requests and produce periodic reports on it.

Liaise with HR national and local contractors related to outsource employees especially for monitoring the MCU result.

Responsible for managing, developing, and implemented HR system and procedure (SOP/SWP)

Produce various local government reporting including internal reports related to personnel data and analysis.

Liaise will local government to ensure we are complying with manpower regulations.

Responsible for contract monitoring and all HR vendor invoicing process from SAP to requesting payment approval.

Provide various HR support and administration when necessary.

Work with other departments to ensure compliance with health and safety issues.
