Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on export-import operations or logistics coordination.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with logistics systems or dashboards.
• Good understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and trade docs.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end export and import documentation for shipments.
• Ensure all documents comply with Indonesian customs regulations and trade requirements.
• Coordinate with customers, operations, carriers, freight forwarders, and authorities.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve documentation or operational issues.
• Verify PIB, PEB, B/L, Air Waybill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, and related documents.
• Maintain organized records and prepare compliance reports.
• Support customs clearance and timely submission of documents.
• Utilize Excel and logistics systems for data tracking and reporting.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in documentation.
