Job summary

PT Griyaraya Disatama (Griya Disain) seeks an experienced Project Leader to manage exhibition and construction projects in a fast-paced environment. You will lead projects from client briefing through design coordination, production, installation, event day, and dismantling.

The role requires hands-on booth management, strong client liaison, and the ability to read technical drawings, coordinate vendors, and drive on-site execution with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Exhibition Industry.
• Proven track record in handling exhibition booth or construction projects.
• Experience in major exhibitions such as PRJ, GIIAS, IIMS, Mining Expo, or similar events.
• Strong presentation, client-handling, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Able to understand technical drawings, booth layouts, materials, and production processes.
• Comfortable working on-site and flexible with exhibition working hours.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and coordination skills.
• Must have a valid SIM A and be able to drive.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from client briefing, design coordination, production, installation, event day, until dismantling.
• Act as the main point of contact between Client, Designer, Production, Procurement, Vendor, and Site Team.
• Present project concepts, timelines, and progress updates confidently to clients.
• Monitor project timeline, manpower, materials, budget, and on-site execution.
• Ensure every project meets the approved design, quality standards, and deadline.
• Handle on-site issues and make quick, practical decisions when required.
