Job summary

Global Expat Recruiting is looking for a Culinary Leader for a prestigious 5* resort in Bali. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Western cuisine and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leisure resort environment.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proficiency in food cost and stock control. Please note that while applications are welcome, this position is currently on hold.

Our Client is a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets.

This role will be reporting directly to the Executive Chef.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

• Culinary school background
• 5* & leisure resort experience
