Job description

Our Client is a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets.

This role will be reporting directly to the F&B Manager.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• 5* & leisure resort experience
• Passionate about Food & Beverage
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Involved in ensuring a consistently high standard of service
• Well experienced in cost control, and par stock management
• A very hands‑on leader, very visible on the floor, enjoys greeting guests and touching tables
• Strong leadership skills and result oriented
• Well organized, energetic, and able to work independently
• Pleasant personality, outgoing, strong in guest contact
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Dynamic, innovative and passionate about training
