Job summary

Cordlife Indonesia (PT Cordlife Persada) is hiring for a dynamic Sales/Customer Service role in Semarang. You will manage inquiries, drive end-to-end lead management, and work to hit monthly targets while educating customers through the decision process.

The position involves supporting OB-GYNs, conducting product knowledge sessions, and coordinating hospital events. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a diploma or bachelor’s degree, and 1+ year in healthcare sales or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1+ year experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Medical Representative roles preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience or exposure is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to engage with clients and medical professionals.
• Willingness to work weekends for events or client needs; valid driver’s license is a plus.
