Job summary

Phincon Pte Ltd in Indonesia seeks an experienced sales professional to acquire government and healthcare clients, including Dinas Kesehatan and Puskesmas, to achieve sales targets while maintaining existing relationships.

You will build strong partnerships, travel extensively across Indonesia, and leverage EMR knowledge; a bachelor’s degree and driving licenses are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a personal vehicle are advantageous to support field activities.

Qualifications

• B2G/B2B sales experience and client handling.
• Healthcare facility needs knowledge and EMR business development is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and high-pressure target focus.
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Holding SIM A & SIM C driving licenses.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Owns personal vehicle for out-of-town travel.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new government sector customers (Dinas Kesehatan, Puskesmas) to achieve sales targets while maintaining existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a problem solver for client-related issues and business needs.
• Develop partnerships and establish relationships with relevant business partners and associations to support business opportunities and market positioning.
• Prepare work reports and manage operational budgets effectively.

Job description

• Experienced in Business to Government (B2G) & Business to Business (B2B) activities and client handling
• Understanding of healthcare facility needs, especially Public Health Centers (Puskesmas), and experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) business development will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong confidence, teamwork ability, and capability to work under high-pressure environments to achieve sales targets
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia with high travel intensity
• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) is preferred
• Possess valid SIM A & SIM C driving licenses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Owns personal vehicle for out-of-town business travel
