• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Proficiency in standard office software and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with banking systems is an advantage.
• Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills are beneficial for working with diverse stakeholders.
