Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and public areas across multiple luxury properties in Ubud, Bali. This role is on-site and hands-on, ensuring zero-defect cleanliness and outstanding guest experiences.

The successful candidate will develop SOPs, supervise a large team, manage budgets and inventories, and conduct regular inspections to uphold exceptional standards across guest rooms, villas, and facilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5–8 years progressive housekeeping experience, including 2–3 years at Supervisor/Manager level in luxury multi-property settings.
• Experience managing large housekeeping teams (100–200+ across multiple properties).
• Strong knowledge of luxury standards, laundry operations, fabric care, room presentation, inventory management, and cleaning chemical applications.
• Proven experience developing and enforcing SOPs, conducting quality inspections, and minimizing guest complaints.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping, room preparation, turn-down services, public areas cleanliness, and laundry operations across multiple properties.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards for guest rooms, villas, and public areas.
• Conduct daily inspections and quality audits to resolve issues before guest impact.
• Develop and improve SOPs, quality standards, and inspection checklists.
• Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to maintain rooms, villas, amenities, and facilities.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and develop a large housekeeping workforce across multiple properties.
• Conduct regular training on housekeeping standards, room presentation, chemical safety, SOP compliance, guest service.
• Manage budgets, linen inventories, guest amenities, cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
• Monitor laundry operations, linen usage, and stock levels to optimize costs without compromising service.
• Establish a culture of accountability, discipline, cleanliness, and operational excellence across housekeeping.
• Respond to guest complaints and operational issues with corrective actions.
