Job summary

Wings Group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Jakarta. You will oversee menu development, cost management, and kitchen operations for high-volume events and brand facilities, ensuring top quality and consistency.

The role requires a Diploma in a related field and 8+ years in culinary roles, including 3+ years as Executive Chef. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverages, Culinary Arts, Tourism & Travel or equivalent.
• At least 8 years in a Chef role, with minimum 3 years as Executive Chef.
• Solid experience in food & beverages across restaurants, hotels, or cafes.
• Good communication skills; English is a plus.
• Knowledge of food costing and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SOP preparations for menus with chefs.
• Create new food & beverage menus.
• Oversee event catering and large-scale food service.
• Monitor food costs and cost changes.
• Manage inventory and ingredient freshness.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Budget for equipment and staff.
