Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years in a high-volume kitchen with leadership experience.
• Proven expertise across multiple culinary disciplines and international cuisines.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and costing.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff while ensuring adherence to recipes and techniques.
