Job summary

Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention in Indonesia seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen with passion for quality. Develop menus, oversee operations, manage costs, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences while upholding strict hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef or similar role in a 5 star or luxury international chain hotel.
• Expertise in kitchen operations, cost control, menu planning, and supplier management.
• Proven leadership and people management skill with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Mature, professional, and positive personality, with high integrity, strong interpersonal skills, accountability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
